Shannon Mong, Psy.D. , is passionate about making it easier for healthcare leaders to achieve their goals. A certified facilitator, she engages and aligns leaders and stakeholders to solve complex problems in rapidly evolving environments. As a former direct service provider and program administrator in the public behavioral health system and leader in a multi-state behavioral health agency, Dr. Mong knows the challenge of managing day-to-day work while fostering innovation. Her focus is on guiding system transformation and healthcare optimization initiatives from initial concept to full execution. She has worked with clients and partners to successfully design and implement two of the most challenging systems changes: integrating physical health and substance use treatment into behavioral health and improving outcomes for populations grappling with complex conditions.
Charity Holmes, MNS, RN-BC, MBA, CNML is an accomplished behavioral health executive. In her various leadership roles, Charity has developed quality and compliance programs that have led to exceptional patient services to meet the evolving needs of the community. Her leadership has resulted in service line growth, the launch of innovative new programs, and an unparalleled quality of care. Charity’s accomplishments include: the steering, development, and launch of ongoing operations of inpatient and outpatient clinical dependency programs; driving performance improvements among nursing and ancillary teams; and leading successful Joint Commission Surveys. Charity’s research and work has been published in multiple educational journals, including Science Direct and SAGE Journals.
