Cindy Campbell is a nationally recognized home health leader and management consultant. She supports home health providers across the country, guiding them toward best practice structure, clinical modeling, and revenue cycle process efficiencies. She is a passionate advocate for shifting advanced levels of care to the home – the least restrictive setting, with the lowest cost, that yields the greatest patient satisfaction. Cindy’s focus is grounded in patient experience and outcomes, with an emphasis on integrating and leveraging innovative technology into advancing clinical models to better manage patients where they live.
Michael Slupecki joined Griswold Home Care in 2020 as its Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for leading the development, operations, and execution of Griswold’s short and long-term strategies. His career in home care began in 2004 when he joined a domestic franchise home healthcare, home hospice, and healthcare staffing company as their Controller. Over his tenure, he was elevated to Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, transforming the organization into a multinational franchisor of in-home medical and non-medical care managing three brands across seven countries with a combined network of over 500 franchise locations. A proven leader with over 15 years of experience in healthcare services and healthcare franchising companies, Michael’s skillset and vision is instrumental to the future growth of Griswold Home Care. Michael firmly believes that as leaders, there is little we can accomplish individually; long term success is determined by assembling a team of competent and motivated professionals who value team success above individual recognition. When Michael isn’t at the corporate office in Pennsylvania, he can be found enjoying time with his wife and three children in South Florida where he resides. He spends time boating, fishing, and golfing, and has completed over 80 running and multi-sport events.
