Before joining the team, she managed operations, training, customer service, and sales for various retail chains and an investment firm. Amanda uses her 20+ years of experience leveraging education and training to achieve sales goals, improve operations, and build effective teams.
Instilled in her at a very young age by her grandfather, Amanda harbors a lifelong love of learning and the belief that education is the key to achieving dreams. She enjoys personal and professional development—especially her own: She is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), recently received her bachelor’s degree, and started her own journey as a full-time graduate student.
David Knack serves as Head of Sales at Zingage, a leading platform that helps home-based care providers engage and retain their care teams. Passionate about thoughtful automation and operational excellence, David partners with healthcare entrepreneurs to implement technology solutions that enhance both caregiver and patient experiences. He also hosts “Home Care Hindsight,” a podcast where he explores healthcare innovation and best practices with industry leaders.
Kathy Ferguson is a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) committed to advocating for customers and ensuring their success. With a background in healthcare and a passion for education, she brings a unique perspective to her role at CareAcademy. Kathy previously worked in health equity research at a hospital and contributed to various social justice initiatives in the nonprofit sector. Growing up with two public school teacher parents instilled in her a deep appreciation for lifelong learning. She takes pride in fostering meaningful conversations, understanding customer needs, and amplifying their voices to enhance the CareAcademy experience.
