Jill Dyer, BSN, RN, HCS-D, HCS-O, brings over 30 years of expertise as a home healthcare consultant and executive. Specializing in clinical quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and coding, she's the president and owner of JID Consulting and Coding, LLC. With experience in home health agency co-ownership and administration, she's certified in home healthcare coding and is an OASIS expert. Since selling her home health agency, she’s focused on education, does on-site agency visits for improvements and survey readiness.
Sharon Harder has over three decades of executive management experience in the healthcare industry and recently authored the book, Face to Face Answers, 2022 (a comprehensive guide to home health and hospice face-to-face requirements). Sharon is the former Vice President of Finance and Administration for the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the former Chief Financial Officer for Help at Home, Inc. Currently, as President of C3 Advisors, LLC, Sharon helps clients develop the strategic vision required to improve their profitability and competitive position in the rapidly transforming healthcare marketplace.
