ON-DEMAND WEBINAR
DME providers are feeling the pressure: There is more documentation, more requirements, more steps — yet somehow, the same (or smaller) team is trying to hold it all together. The result? Tiny breakdowns at intake or billing that can quietly snowball into denials, delayed payments, rising A/R, and cash flow headaches. This webinar is all about helping you fix that.
In this session, revenue cycle experts Ronda Buhrmester, VP Client Experience at Prochant, and Joey Graham, CEO at Prochant, will help connect the dots between day-to-day operational complexity and the revenue cycle metrics that keep you up at night (denial rates, DSO, and aging A/R). They’ll also share practical ways to smooth friction, tighten handoffs, and protect your margins without adding headcount.
