Katherine Morrison, RN, MSN, CHPN, is the Director of Advisory Services at WellSky. Katherine has worked in hospice for over 20 years, most of which was spent in leadership roles. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a major in nursing informatics. Her experience includes leading home hospice programs as well as freestanding hospice residences. She is an ELNEC trainer and has presented the ELNEC curriculum to organizations of all sizes. She is a member of numerous industry organizations and is committed to excellence in end-of-life care.
Kelly Phillips, Director of Solutions Management, WellSky Home, oversees hospice and palliative solutions, driving strategic direction and ensuring client success. With 20+ years in healthcare, she excels in managing large medical staffs and navigating regulatory compliance. Transitioning to the healthcare technology space eight years ago, she found her passion in delivering solutions for caregivers. Kelly champions ongoing assessment and improvement for operational health. With a B.A. from the University of South Carolina, she has held many leadership positions in professional and philanthropical organizations on national and local stages. Kelly was voted by her peers as the WellSky Client Relationship Executive of the Quarter in January of 2021 and was also awarded the WellSky Client Partnership award in 2020. As a die-hard southerner, Kelly holds relationships (and hospitality) in high esteem and is fervent in delivering exceptional service and solutions to hospice and palliative providers.
