Webinar Caring Smarter

People who choose a life of caring — and the organizations and communities they serve — deserve a special kind of support.

New solution now available

As CMS tracks and publicizes agency quality performance within the Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP), agencies must establish and support more effective Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs. Without scalable ways to proactively track and address performance across key quality measures, agencies could see increased staff inefficiencies and risk.

With WellSky Value-Based Insights for Hospice, you can leverage real-time performance data to drive more efficient QAPI programs, improve referral relationships, and strategically grow your census.

Watch a five-minute video walkthrough to learn how WellSky Value-Based Insights works:

Hospices of all sizes can use WellSky Value-Based Insights to do the following:

  • Pinpoint areas to improve with real-time data on quality performance measures like Comprehensive Assessment Measure, Hospice Care Index, Hospice Visits in Last Days of Life, and Live Discharge Rates
  • Identify the best, new referral opportunities with a complete view of referral volumes and referral source activities within your region
  • Demonstrate performance and value with one-click exports of customized clinical performance data, eliminating the need for manual data-gathering
