LIVE WEBINAR

WEBINAR: The state of aging and disability services in the U.S.

Findings from the latest NCI-AD™ Adult Consumer Survey and State of the Workforce Survey
May 21 at 2 p.m. ET

The National Core Indicators for Aging and Disabilities (NCI-AD™) is a voluntary effort by State Medicaid, aging, and disability agencies to measure and track the outcomes of services provided to individuals and families. The latest two reports were just released: the Adult Consumer Survey and the State of the Workforce for Aging and Disabilities. Join WellSky for a webinar on the key findings:

  • How recipients view the quality of services they receive
  • What the data reveals about workforce wages and early attrition
  • How can we improve outcomes for the people receiving services

Presenters Rosa Plasencia, Stephanie Giordano, and Dorothy Hiersteiner will uncover the most important takeaways from the surveys. You will also see how to access the full reports and use the data to draw your own conclusions. Register now!
