Hospice fraud: What the headlines mean for your agency

Thursday, May 21 | 12pm CT

Widespread hospice fraud has been making national headlines, and the fallout from that is affecting legitimate providers. In April of 2026, federal authorities suspended 447 hospices in California that were tied to an estimated $600 million in Medicare fraud. And now, recent CMS fraud enforcement actions and congressional attention have only placed hospice providers under even more scrutiny. Because of this, it’s critical for organizations to take steps to protect themselves and the vulnerable patients they serve.

Join home health & hospice consultant Beth Noyce, RN, BSJMC, COS-C for an essential webinar that will break down recent events and what steps hospice providers need to take to protect themselves and patients.
