On April 2, 2026, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the proposed hospice payment rule for fiscal year (FY) 2027. CMS has proposed a 2.4% increase in hospice payments, raising the aggregate cap to $36,210.11. She is an End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC) trainer and has presented the ELNEC curriculum to organizations of all sizes. She is a member of numerous industry organizations and is committed to excellence in end-of-life care.
