Brandon Cupstid - Director of Operations, Comfort Keepers

Brandon Cupstid, a lifelong resident of South Carolina began his career in Healthcare in 2013 serving the Medical University of South Carolina as a Business Analyst. After several years working in the hospital setting, he transitioned to the Home Care industry, as the Director of Operations for Comfort Keepers. Comfort Keepers, located in Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina, has provided specialized homecare services to seniors since 2006. Brandon has enjoyed the opportunity to not only serve as the Director of Operations but also the Controller for the business, serving over 2,000 clients and actively employing 500 staff members.

Shelby Quinette - Visiting Angels, Ann Arbor, MI

In 2012, Shelby and family opened the doors of a Visiting Angels branch in Ann Arbor and began serving the community. Their company has grown significantly since then, which gave them the opportunity to open their Farmington Hills location and reach more seniors in need. However, their mission has not changed: they are dedicated to providing their clients and their loved ones with peace of mind through excellent care and service, and treating everyone like family.

Peter Snelling - Executive Director, Right at Home

Peter has combined executive skills in sales, marketing, accounting, and business management, with extensive specialty business training. Prior to joining FCCLLC in 2014, Peter directed retail automotive dealership operations, including the Crescent City Automotive Group as its Chief Operating Officer. His oversight of twelve dealership locations, representing eighteen automotive franchises has proven his leadership ability at the highest level. Peter is a former member of the Board of Directors of the New Orleans New Car Dealers Association, and a former member of the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Automobile Dealers Association. Peter has also served as a committee member for the Home Care Association of America. In his current role with FCCLLC, Peter has overseen the growth of operations from initial annual sales volume of $300,000 in 2015 to a projected revenue of over $9M in 2023. Under his leadership, the company currently employs over 300 combined administrative and field team employees, providing unparalleled in-home care and assistance for seniors and disabled adults throughout the Tampa Bay region.
