Webinar Caring Smarter

People who choose a life of caring — and the organizations and communities they serve — deserve a special kind of support.

Countdown to HOPE: Key updates & final preparation

As the Hospice Outcomes and Patient Evaluation (HOPE) data collection tool becomes the new standard for hospice reporting starting on October 1, 2025, hospice providers must be ready to record all necessary information from patient visits and to submit that data correctly to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), according to the new requirements. Understanding the technical submission process, timelines, and the WellSky EHR workflows is going to be essential for compliance and operational efficiency.

Join WellSky hospice leaders, Katherine Morrison (RN, MSN, CHPN, Director of Advisory Services), Barbara Fadeyi (Director of Solution Management), and Alex Schmidt (Director of Solution Management), for the fifth and final webinar in our Countdown to HOPE series. This presentation will focus on the following:

  • Key updates from CMS and the transition to iQIES (regarding HOPE and the submission process)
  • How the WellSky Hospice & Palliative and WellSky Hospice solutions will change due to HOPE (includes a full walkthrough for both solutions)
  • How the WellSky Hospice & Palliative solution can help you streamline the HOPE documentation process with AI-powered potential symptom-impact rankings
