Benefits:

The WellSky Delivery Manager solution has an added integration with ShipStation, allowing you to see multiple carriers on a single screen. This provides visibility into the different service levels offered by those carriers, as well as the standard rates for each of those services. If you have specific contracted rates with a carrier, this integration allows you to enter them into ShipStation so that you see carrier-specific rates instead of the standard rates.

Creation of delivery routes

The solution provides an easier point-and-click method of creating driver routes. Along with that, the new delivery manager module makes it easier to optimize each route as it's being created. The delivery manager also simplifies the process of adding ad-hoc stops to a driver's route and communicating those changes with the driver.

The delivery manager will allow for the capture and long-term storage of proof of delivery by either photo or electronic signature.

Driver facing mobile app

The WellSky Delivery Manager solution also has a mobile app that drivers can install on their phones, which gives drivers easy access to information about each stop on their route and allows the home office to easily communicate any new stops to a driver.
