The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released its 2021 home health proposed rule on June 25. In a year of profoundly difficult challenges for the home health industry, the proposed rule offers some positive news for next year, including a plan for continued flexibility in telehealth and proposed payment rate changes.
