Rayleana is the Business Development Executive at FOTO. Prior to joining FOTO, she was active duty U.S. Air Force, serving in medical support services. Increasing pain from thoracic scoliosis forced her to seek relief. Following spinal surgery consults, she chose non-invasive care: yoga, massage, exercise, and physical therapy. Impressed and inspired by the results, Rayleana pursued certifications in medical massage therapy and yoga therapy, eventually opening a private medical massage therapy practice. In 2017, after 10 successful but hectic years in small business, she closed her clinic and graduated from the University of Tennessee's full-time MBA program.
Shortly after, Rayleana was introduced to FOTO, and fell in love with the vision: harnessing the power of outcomes data to prove the value that physical rehab providers bring to patient care every day.
