Scott is a 25-year veteran of the healthcare IT industry, and under his tenure, DirectTrust achieved the landmark milestone of 2 billion Direct Secure Messages sent and received., helping healthcare organizations exchange health care data securely.
Alan Swenson is the Executive Director of Carequality, where he guides the development and implementation of the Carequality Interoperability Framework, which now supports the exchange of more than 300 million documents per month. Alan has spent more than a decade focused on health IT interoperability.
Paul Wilder is the Executive Director of CommonWell Health Alliance, an organization in pursuit of ensuring health data is available to individuals and caregivers regardless of where care occurs. Paul’s experience within healthcare IT spans two decades, and his work has resulted in over 25,000 provider organizations using CommonWell services daily.
Carrie O’Connell is the senior director of clinical strategy at WellSky. Carrie’s wealth of knowledge and expertise in healthcare informatics spans 20+ years. Carrie’s focus includes the strategic design and direction of clinical solutions, including regulatory guidance with a strong focus on improved user experience. Currently, Carrie is actively involved in numerous industry workgroups and committees around interoperability. In addition, she has been selected as a CMS technical expert panel participant.
