Darla Perdue is an accomplished healthcare leader with more than 30 years of progressive and critical care clinical experience. 20 years of that was spent in senior-level executive leadership positions, and now, as the Chief Clinical Officer, Darla provides leadership and support to Vibra’s hospitals by developing evidence-based clinical programs. Darla has worked in critical care for 20 years and is responsible for clinical operations throughout the organization. Darla promotes clinical service excellence through clinical staff education. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Darla has earned both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in nursing, with a certification in executive leadership from Wilmington University.
Karen Hiner has over 30 years of nursing experience and spent the past 25 years focused on the areas of case management, utilization review, auditing, and compliance. She has worked in diverse healthcare settings, including managed care, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation and long-term acute care. She has worked for Vibra Healthcare for the last 10 years in a variety of roles and currently serves as Vice President of Case Management, providing oversight to Vibra’s inpatient rehabilitation facilities and long-term acute care hospitals. Karen received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Kent State University and holds certifications in case management (CCM) and healthcare compliance (CHC).
