2024 regulatory and compliance outlook: What home infusion and specialty pharmacy providers need to know

Watch our informative webinar about 2024 regulatory and compliance requirements for home infusion and specialty pharmacy organizations, where a panel of experts from Polsinelli, one of the nation's most respected healthcare law firms, discuss a range of relevant topics.

In this webinar, you’ll learn more about:

  • Electronic visit verification (EVV) for home infusion: Gain an understanding of basic EVV requirements, compliance considerations, and anticipated implementation dates. We will look specifically at when and how EVV applies to home infusion services.
  • Infusion centers: Experts will discuss the regulatory landscape for infusion suites, a growing area for mergers and acquisitions. We will examine different available staffing models, considerations with establishment of an infusion suite, and reimbursement challenges.
  • Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA): Learn about new requirements under the DSCSA that will be enforced starting next year, including the implementation of an enhanced, interoperable system for electronic tracing at the package level. This high-level discussion will focus on considerations applicable to prescription drug dispensers.
We offer guidance on these pertinent topics and provide support as you look ahead to the new year.
