The CY2023 Home Health Final Rule: Leading your agency through change

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released its CY2023 final rule for home health on Monday, October 31. In response to industry advocacy efforts, CMS raised our inflation update to 4%, imposing only half of an unprecedented 8% negative adjustment in 2023, promising further payment adjustment in subsequent years. While it is good news for 2023, our advocacy against further cuts must continue — and now, more than ever, your agency needs data-driven, strategic leadership to succeed.
