Tue, Nov 18, 2025 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM CST

Emergency departments (EDs) across the United States were under increasing pressure due to persistent challenges such as overcrowding, patient throughput inefficiencies, and mounting financial pressures. These issues led to delays in patient care and higher costs for health plans driven by disjointed transitions of care.
