The final installment of skilled nursing Requirements of Participation

Written by Melissa Tabor, LPN

November 28, 2019 was an important date for skilled nursing providers. This date marked the final phase of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) new Requirements of Participation (RoP) for long-term care (LTC) facilities.

  • QAPI
  • Infection preventionist
  • Compliance and Ethics
  • Physical Environment
