Since 2008, Adam has consulted with emerging businesses in leadership positions, physician practices, healthcare startups, and hospitals with a focus on management, operations, finance, and strategic planning. He has extensive experience in physician compensation, including contracting and structures. Through his leadership, he helps hospitals and practices determine fair market compensation and compliance issues that surround employment practices. Among other projects, his key consultancy roles included: strategic business consultations, the merger of two hospital managed- service organizations, the startup of physician practices, and the negotiation of hundreds of physician-hospital acquisitions.
Prior to consulting, Adam worked for 10 years in medical sales and marketing and then served as an executive at two major healthcare organizations in the greater Dayton area. He has been involved in the community as a volunteer firefighter and EMT and served on local nonprofit boards. He is the current chair of South Community, Inc, a large community mental health center. He also serves on committees of the National Society of Certified Healthcare Consultants and speaks locally and nationally on a variety of healthcare management topics. Adam resides in Centerville, Ohio, with his wife Carol, and he has two sons and one granddaughter.
