Using HUD's Stella to improve homelessness outcomes.
People who choose a life of caring — and the organizations and communities they serve — deserve a special kind of support.
Stella is a strategic analysis tool developed by HUD (US Department of Housing and Urban Development) that helps CoCs understand how households move through the homeless system, and how outcomes can vary based on different factors. Used to its full advantage, Stella also helps you evaluate how your resource investment decisions can extend your system capacity to end homelessness.
This webinar will demonstrate how to analyze episodes of homelessness in the system, and how outcomes can vary by demographics, location, and housing programs employed.
HUD’s Longitudinal Systems Analysis (LSA) is gathering valuable new data — visible through Stella — that takes us beyond measurements of services, to understand what systematic approaches lead to the best possible outcomes. Watch now to gain even greater insights from this important analysis tool.
