The new coordinated entry data elements from the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) have raised many questions among homelessness service providers. The new requirements affect the entire homelessness continuum, including access, assessments, referral methods, and prioritization of services.
The West Virginia Coalition to End Homelessness (WVCEH) is meeting these requirements with a bold approach that connects the entire state. This webcast will examine how WVCEH designed its program, the progress they’ve made, and the challenges that remain. You will hear how:

Evidence and Information Supervisor, West Virginia Coalition to End Homelessness
Matt began working with HMIS in 2008 and served as an HMIS Specialist for the WV Office of Economic Opportunity before joining the staff at the WV Coalition to End Homelessness in 2014. Before that he worked for various non-profits throughout West Virginia including Valley Ridge Studio, The MountainMade Foundation and North Central WV Community Action. His work helps West Virginia effectively deploy its resources to assist individuals experiencing homelessness in any of the 44 counties of the state.
