Building, engaging and retaining a robust clinical workforce is one of the top challenges faced by executives across healthcare at home. Providers compete for clinical resources to achieve growth, constantly walking the tightrope between demand and supply. Solving the workforce challenge must start with understanding the demands on our teammates. Walk a mile in the shoes of a home health or hospice clinician – acuity of patients on admission is rising, regulations keep shifting, technology platforms are changing, analytics are second guessing clinician judgement, productivity and outcome pressures are high. Now imagine you are the manager of this clinical team, and you know your relationship with these clinicians will be a major contributor to their staying or leaving – not an easy role!

Join expert home health and hospice consultant Cindy Campbell of WellSky and successful home health leader Bob Parker of Intrepid USA for a free virtual seminar that will offer top strategies to help providers tackle the workforce challenge, building a sticky culture of clinician competence and confidence.

Attend to learn:

  • The key aspects of situational leadership theory, which can create a more effective retention approach for front line managers
  • How the mastery of specific key performance behaviors (KPBs) can impact building clinician confidence and competence and yield greater retention
  • To identify and prevent common areas where clinician preparation challenges lead to workforce erosion

Presented by Cindy Campbell, MHA-Healthcare Informatics, BSN, RN, COQS, Director of Operational Consulting for Home Health, WellSky and Bob Parker, DNP, RN, CENP, CHPN, CHP, Chief Clinical & Compliance Officer, Intrepid USA
