Ms. Tejada has been with the State of Nevada Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) for 16 years. She has been the Adult Protective Services Quality Assurance Manager with the Quality Assurance (QA) unit since June 2017. In her role as the APS Quality Assurance Manager, she identifies areas of program improvement and continues the development of the QA program for APS. Prior to her role in QA, she worked as a Social Work Supervisor for ADSD's Community Based Care unit for 6 years.
Ms. Schneider has an extensive background in the medical field working as a Certified Nurse Assistant for over 10 years, advocating for patients residing in long-term care facilities, and providing in-home services for patients on hospice. Mrs. Schneider has been with the State of Nevada, Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) for 4 years. In her role in APS Quality Assurance, she has assisted in identifying areas of program improvement and continues to collaborate with the development of the QA program for APS.

For more than 20 years, Ms. Duffield has bridged policy and practice in early care, education, housing, and homelessness. She served as the Director of Policy and Programs at the National Association for the Education of Homeless Children and Youth in Washington D.C from 2003-2016, leading national efforts to strengthen federal protections and services for children and youth experiencing homelessness. Barbara was also the Director of Education for the National Coalition for the Homeless from 1994-2003.
Senior Research Associate, Poverty Solutions
Ms. Erb-Downward develops new projects and proposals related to family homelessness. She joined Poverty Solutions from the Institute for Children, Poverty and Homelessness in New York. There she was the principal policy analyst for initiatives aimed at bringing awareness to family homelessness and for framing the agency's New York City policy agenda. Jennifer holds a master’s degree in public health from New York University.
