5 reasons why contracting with healthcare is even more important after COVID
People who choose a life of caring — and the organizations and communities they serve — deserve a special kind of support.
Recorded Wednesday, May 26
When community-based organizations (CBOs) partner with healthcare organizations to address the social determinants of health (SDoH) affecting patients, community wellness improves and healthcare costs go down.
Unfortunately, COVID-19 delayed CBO efforts to contract with healthcare organizations. Now is the time to move forward. New government funding can help you modernize your technology. And health systems are more eager to work with you as value-based care fuels a growing portion of their revenue. Find out how you can:
Join a panel of experts, including Guidehouse directors Lance Robertson (former U.S. Assistant Secretary for Aging) and Jason Gerling, along with WellSky Vice President of State Markets Jay Bulot, to learn how you can leverage five factors that will help CBOs partner more effectively with their local health system. Register now to put your CBO at the cutting-edge of the care continuum.
