Ms. Hennessy draws on twelve years of professional experience designing and implementing large scale outcome-focused, multi-partner human services and workforce initiatives. Her work includes developing governance structures, identification of common goals and metrics, aligning resources, developing integrated business processes, designing data collection strategies, and harnessing data for quality improvement. Prior to joining Consilience Group, Meredith launched MissioniQ, a social enterprise for the national nonprofit intermediary Seedco.
