Webinar Caring Smarter

People who choose a life of caring — and the organizations and communities they serve — deserve a special kind of support.

Join us for an overview of how states are leveraging Section 9817 funding
along with a broader conversation on new opportunities to further HCBS

Recorded Tuesday, October 26

The current federal spotlight on home and community based services (HCBS) and social determinants of health has created a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for states to build out workforces, address critical non-medical services, and establish a services platform built to support the growing senior population.

Join Guidehouse's Jason Wright and Lance Robertson, former U.S. Assistant Secretary for Aging, as they cover:

  • A summary of the state spending plans submitted to ACL
  • How to manage partial approvals and update your plans
  • What opportunities remain for states that did not particpate in the Section 9817 program

You will also get timely analysis of related congressional activity, as well as the latest takeaways on the budget talks.
