Learn how payers and providers can address SDoH more effectively in 2022!

Recorded December 15, 2021

Quality of care suffers when documentation is absent or lacking. Knowing social drivers of health have a significant impact on health outcomes, multi-sector stakeholders from around the country are working together to develop new data standards around SDoH, which could change the future of healthcare.

In this panel, we will discuss the implications of standardizing SDoH in the clinical setting. From leveraging interoperable technology to expanding the ICD-10-CM Z codes, learn why data collection, sharing, and reporting is going to prove critical to building, implementing, and scaling successful SDoH interventions.

We will be joined by experts in policy, healthcare, and SDoH, as they discuss the following:

  • How the combination of medical and non-medical data can paint a larger, more accurate picture of patient need
  • The role technology plays in of technology in facilitating mutually-beneficial data exchanges
  • Which policies are forthcoming and how they will change the way SDoH data is being collected and shared
  • How healthcare organizations can increase SDoH screenings, report social risks, and increase their closed-loop referral rates
