Face-to-face encounter documentation continues to be the No. 1 reason for claim denials by Medicare and Medicaid review contractors, and recent changes to face-to-face rules by CMS make it more important than ever for agencies to review and understand documentation standards. Join us for an in-person lunch-and-learn on how to assess face-to-face encounters and denials, should they occur.

  • Best practices for solving issues when the face-to-face documentation is not sufficient
  • How to pass government audits where the validity of face-to-face encounter documentation may come into question
