Lorene Reagan has over 40 years of experience providing high-level clinical, administrative, and consultative support to state Medicaid programs. During her 20-year tenure at the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Lorene served in various clinical and administrative roles, including Bureau Chief for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) services and Senior Medicaid Health Systems Administrator.
Lorene also served as Manager of Care Management for a Boston-based Medicaid managed care organization, was a Senior Principal with Mercer Government Human Services Consulting, and is the former Director of Public Relations for IntellectAbility.

Executive Director for the LA Dept. of Health (LDH) Office of Rural Health Transformation and Sustainability
Julie helped lead the state of Louisiana's grant application for the $50 billion RHTP. This resulted in a grant award of $208,374,448 for the first year, which will be used to help fund activities related to workforce development, technology innovations, innovative care, sustainable access, and making rural citizens healthy again. Julie has worked for LDH for more than 27 years in several leadership roles, including Office for Citizens with Developmental Disabilities as Assistant Secretary and Deputy Assistant Secretary, Administrator of North Lake Supports and Services Center, and Program Manager of the statewide OCDD Resource Centers.

Craig is a board-certified Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Academy of Developmental Medicine, and the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. He currently serves as the President of IntellectAbility. He has over 20 years of clinical experience providing medical care for people with IDD and complex medical and mental health conditions. He is the author of “Clinical Pearls in IDD Healthcare” and developer of the “Curriculum in IDD Healthcare,” an eLearning course used to train clinicians on the fundamentals of healthcare for people with IDD, and the host of the IDD Health Matters Podcast.

Maulik is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician in practice for over 20 years and has served as the chairman or associate chair of several emergency departments. He is a founding partner of StationMD and has been instrumental in helping the organization achieve its mission of improving the quality of care for the IDD population. He is a recognized national speaker and thought leader on the use of technology and telehealth solutions to positively impact an individual’s medical care and foster independence. He is the medical director for the Alliance for Integrated Care of New York (AICNY) as well as several disability services provider agencies across the country.
