Dr. Freeman has served as director of the nationally recognized training and consultation center, University of Arkansas CURRENTS, since 2016. She has designed and delivered a range of leadership and organizational development training programs for state and national vocational rehabilitation organizations and associations. Her research interests include transition age youth, disability, poverty, policy, and leadership. She has an Ed.D. in Adult and Lifelong Learning and is a Master Certified Life Coach. She is a certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace trainer.
