Webinar Caring Smarter

People who choose a life of caring — and the organizations and communities they serve — deserve a special kind of support.

If your community-based organization (CBO) wants to develop new partnerships with healthcare or government agencies, you may need to look at your organization in new ways. Measuring quality and performance can help CBOs get and keep new business by improving outcomes and communicating back to partners in terms that matter to them.

What you will learn:
  • Key differences that separate compliance, quality, and performance
  • Models for continuous quality improvement and how to implement them in your CBO
  • How to develop a high-performing agency culture.

This webinar will provide actionable advice to enhance your traditional metrics (dollars raised, people served, etc.) with the specific measures that healthcare partners and other organizations need to see.
