Travis Miner is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 19 years of experience in the industry. As the Senior Director of the Consulting team that delivers CareTend, Travis is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of CareTend, powered by WellSky. Travis holds a degree from Northwest Missouri State, where he honed his skills and knowledge in the field of healthcare. Over the years, he has held various positions, including technical consultant, consultant, project manager, and executive director of Emerging Technologies. Travis joined WellSky in 2019 and has since played a vital role in developing the methodology used in projects today. With his expertise in project management and technology implementation, he has helped streamline the delivery of CareTend and continues to drive forward WellSky's mission to improve patient outcomes by providing healthcare organizations with the tools they need to succeed.
Janet Ink serves as manager for the Professional Services Clinical Consultant Team for WellSky Home Care Solutions and is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of CareTend, powered by WellSky. Janet holds a bachelor’s degree from Baker University. As a seasoned professional with more than 12 years in healthcare and operations, Janet has a proven track record of understanding the business needs of our clients. Prior to WellSky, she has held various positions including Regional Operations Director, Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Operations in the ambulatory infusion center space, as well as Executive Director for a medical center-based clinic. Janet joined WellSky in 2020 and has been instrumental in implementing the streamlined methodology used in projects today, as well as building relationships internally and externally to allow our teams to partner with our clients to solve problems and succeed.
Phil Merrell is the Chief Information Officer at The ProptCare Companies. He is a seasoned healthcare IT executive with over 22 years of experience in healthcare. He comes with a broad range of experiences, including in clinical settings with organizations such as Mayo Clinic; in payer/PBM settings with UHG/Optum, multiple BCBS plans, Aetna/Coventry Health, and AmeriHealth Caritas; and specialty pharmacy settings with Perform Specialty and PromptCare.
Tim Leffler is a seasoned healthcare business and technology executive who aligns Pentec Health’s technology needs to its sustainable business value. Prior to joining Pentec Health, Tim was on the executive team that grew Benchmark Medical, a physical therapy services provider, from a startup to a company with 350 locations nationwide (through the acquisition of 25 companies). Benchmark Medical merged with Physiotherapy Associates in 2007, effectively doubling the company’s reach to 700 locations nationwide. Prior to Benchmark Medical, Tim was on the management team that grew NovaCare’s Orthotics & Prosthetics division from a startup to a company with 369 locations nationwide (through the acquisition and integration of 75 companies). Additionally, Tim was the recipient of SmartCEO Magazine’s 2011 SmartCXO Award in the CIO/CTO category. He received his bachelor's degree in finance from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, and served honorably in the United States Marine Corps.
