The National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services (NASDDDS) recently surveyed directors and staff at waiver programs across the country to capture their views on "The Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services" final rule from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

The survey results were released to the public on October 31. Executives from NASDDDS review the survey results and what they mean for state programs on this webcast. Watch now to gain fresh insights on:

  • Technology. More than 50% of respondents reported they will need to build, change, or enhance data systems.
  • Data sharing. More than 80% of respondents identified certain data-sharing capabilities that may need to improve.
  • Sub-regulatory guidance. Discover which provisions respondents believe need more clarification from CMS.
