Ananias Williams III leads information technology governance, delivery of IT services, information security and compliance to support enterprise business functions for the Georgia Dept. of Revenue (DOR). Prior to joining DOR, he served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer for the Georgia Department of Human Services, where he provided leadership on cloud modernization, data analytics, business development and IT alignment. He previously served as the Assistant Chief Information Officer for the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice and IT leadership in the private sector leading Software as a Service (SaaS) initiatives. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served in the Fleet Marine Force. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and holds a Master of Information Technology.

Abby Cox

Abby has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry with expertise in policy development, social services, long-term care, Medicare, and Medicaid. As the former Assistant Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Human Services, Division of Aging Services, she oversaw a $95 million budget and over 350 employees. Abby has advanced public-private partnerships, like the Georgia Memory Net Project with Emory University, and has driven success through innovation and cultivating a strong aging and disability network across the state of Georgia.

Vice President of Solution Architecture, WellSky

Keith Ewell, PhD, has more than 25 years of experience bridging the communication gap between human services and information technology professionals, leading the design and development of solutions for state agencies, and managing complex projects. A licensed clinical psychologist and one of the founders of Harmony Information Systems, Dr. Ewell brings an unusual blend of clinical, technical, and management expertise to his role as Vice President of Solution Architecture for WellSky Human and Social Services. He joined the WellSky team in 2014 when the company acquired Harmony.
