A corporate and healthcare attorney and M&A advisor since 1992, Bruce Vanderlaan joined Mertz Taggart in 2018 where he is Managing Director. He has served as advisor to the Management Department & Entrepreneurship Center at FGCU and SBDC and has been involved in multiple business ventures throughout his professional life. Bruce is often an invited speaker and presenter at healthcare and business conferences, meetings, and webinars. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Juris Doctor and currently lives in Fort Myers, FL with his wife and daughter.

Dino Bischofberger, Sr. Solutions Consultant, WellSky

Dino Bischofberger is a Sr. Solutions Consultant at WellSky Personal Care, advocating and educating personal home care agencies to better utilize the WellSky Personal Care platform. He works alongside the WellSky Personal Care solutions and engineering teams as the "voice of the client" to deliver the best solution to meet client needs. Dino brings a breadth of experience training and educating agencies not only on the WellSky Personal Care platform but also keeping up with all current regulations to keep WellSky Personal Care client agencies in compliance. Prior to his seven years at WellSky Personal Care, Dino was a senior consultant at Triage Consulting Group, where he focused on risk minimization and consulting around recommendations to prevent future revenue losses.
