How it works:
WellSky Personal Care provides a secure API connection to Tapcheck, which sends data for employees’ shift hours as they are completed/approved. These hours are then used in conjunction with payroll data – (wage rates and deductions like taxes, garnishments, etc.) to calculate and update a balance from which an employee can elect to make an early withdrawal using Tapcheck’s iOS, Android, or web-based app, once they have successfully registered.
