WellSky Summarize is an AI-powered summarization tool built directly into the award-winning WellSky Personal Care solution, transforming complex client data into clear, actionable summaries and helping agencies improve care quality, save time, reduce administrative burdens, and streamline communication.

Follow these instructions to get your agency started with WellSky Summarize at no additional cost.  

To complete the listed steps, you must currently be an "Agency owner" or "Super administrator" within the WellSky Personal Care solution. 

  1. Log into the WellSky Personal Care application
  2. Select the Help Menu icon in the bottom-right corner of the Dashboard
  3. Select the Self-Service Form for WellSky Summarize
  4. Review and sign documents. Select Finish.

WellSky Summarize will be turned on within one week. You will be notified once WellSky Summarize is available in your agency settings, at which time instructions on how to enable this AI-powered workflow for all clients will be provided.
