The Commission of Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) helps providers improve the quality of their services and demonstrate value. To do this CARF, surveyors review rehabilitation providers’ programs, reviewing data for performance improvement.
In this webinar, Louisiana CARF surveyors Amy Sudduth and Jenna Strecker will provide insight into data collection and analysis processes that drive performance improvement. These experienced surveyors will provide you with best practices to demonstrate how to use data found within your electronic medical record and scheduling system to improve your programs in a meaningful way.

Amy Sudduth is the Director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for Willis-Knighton Health System in Shreveport, LA, where her service line includes all inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services in acute care, comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient and skilled nursing. She has 32 years of healthcare experience. Amy also holds a position as a Medical Rehabilitation surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), where during the past 12 years, she has participated in surveys across the US and internationally in Norway, Sweden and China. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the Louisiana State University School of Allied Health Professions.
Jenna Strecker is the Performance Improvement and Safety Coordinator for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for Willis-Knighton Health System in Shreveport, LA. She provides services for inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, and skilled nursing. She has 35 years of healthcare experience. Jenna also holds a position as a Medical Rehabilitation surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) where during the past 6 years she has participated in surveys across the US and Puerto Rico. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Michigan State University and an MBA from Centenary College in Shreveport, LA. Jenna holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from A3.
