Webinar Caring Smarter

People who choose a life of caring — and the organizations and communities they serve — deserve a special kind of support.

Microsoft will no longer support Internet Explorer after June 15, 2022. To run WellSky Aging & Disability or Service Delivery Manager, please follow these steps to configure Microsoft's new Edge browser to run on your PC.

  1. If your computer is managed by somebody else like an IT department, you don't have to do anything. Your IT team will update your computer. Please allow time for them to contact you.

  2. If you are setting up a new workstation that is not already configured to run A&D. You must first complete the steps in the A&D Computer Configuration Guide, located on the WellSky Customer Portal. Log into WellSky Aging & Disability to access the Customer Portal.

  3. Click here to download WellSky's Edge configuration file. Locate the IEModeEdge file in your Downloads folder. (Figure 1)

  4.  Right-click on the file and select "Run as administrator."  See Figure 2.

  5. If you receive a Windows alert. Select "More info" or "Accept" and run the file. Allow the app to make changes. (Figure 3)

  6. When the installation window appears, wait for the installation to complete. The install typically takes 5-10 minutes. (Figure 4) When the install is finished, the window closes automatically.

  7. To verify that the install was successful. Open Microsoft Edge and login to WellSky Aging & Disability. Look for the Internet Explorer logo in the address bar. If you do not see the logo, please refresh your browser and try again. (Figure 5)

If you are still not able to run WellSky Aging & Disability, please contact your system administrator or enter a support ticket.
