Webinar Caring Smarter

People who choose a life of caring — and the organizations and communities they serve — deserve a special kind of support.

Why should outpatient rehabilitation leaders be concerned about growth now?

2020 tested many outpatient rehabilitation practices and organizations. States issued rules and regulations that stopped elective procedures, and many patients elected to pause further treatment during COVID-19. However, 2021 is shaping up to be drastically different.

As the nation continues to bring COVID-19 under control, patients are seeking to resume care. Now, rehabilitation organizations that may have struggled during 2020 are competing for market share in their communities. To be successful in 2021, outpatient rehabilitation organizations must help referral sources, and the public, understand that they are open for business.

During this panel, registrants will hear from Lee Rielly, Assistant Director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Willis-Knighton Health System, and Chris Edmundson, President at Integral Physical Therapy. These leaders will explain how they are using data to ensure clinicians are not overutilized while ensuring patients have the access to the care they need.

Register to learn how:

  • Outpatient rehabilitation capacity is rebounding in 2021
  • Scheduling and productivity data can be used to make a business case for growth
  • Technology can be used to make staffing decisions that minimize clinician burnout while increasing access to care
