The Administration for Community Living recently released the final rule to update the regulations covering Older Americans Act (OAA) programs. All organizations that use OAA funds must comply with these new requirements by October 1, 2025.

Watch this webcast presented by Abby Cox, Senior Director of Aging Policy at ADvancing States, where she goes over the new rule. Topics include how to:

  • Prioritize services for people with greatest needs
  • Gain state approval for AAA contracts and commercial relationships
  • Address emergency preparedness and response
  • Provide legal assistance and services to prevent elder abuse
