Hope & healing: How care providers can navigate the current crisis & prepare for post-traumatic growth

While many are feeling long-awaited hope with the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines, professional care providers continue to grapple with an enormity of need. The public health crisis is far from over – ethical struggles persist, the pandemic is still causing destruction, and the moral distress of all we are facing is taking a toll. Research tells us that our bodies and minds may hold together during a crisis, only to finally collapse once the threat is seemingly over. WellSky is offering a powerful, free webinar to help caregivers navigate this ongoing experience of emotional dissonance in their professional and personal lives.

Join renowned educator, author, and resilience expert, Dr. Carla Cheatham, as she offers guidance for growing past the potential traumas we are facing and transforming the care we provide to be healthier and more sustainable for the long term.

Watch to learn about:

  • The current and most pervasive sources of moral distress in professional caregiving
  • Possibilities for post-traumatic growth during and after crisis
  • The mindsets that may contribute to dysfunction in caregiving
  • What emotional intelligence can do to transform our understanding of self-care
This webinar will provide important practices and insights that can improve overall health and coping skills for the future of caregiving. Register today and share it with your team!
