Increasing your reimbursement with MIPS

As of 2019, certain groups of therapists and therapy groups were required to participate in the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS). Since 2019, MIPS participation criteria has puzzled individual therapists and therapy groups.
It is important to understand if you must participate in MIPS, or if you can participate in MIPS. This will help alleviate any penalties while helping you maximize the benefits of the program.
