The rehabilitation landscape is changing rapidly. Early in 2020, rehabilitation providers saw many changes and additions to rules and regulations – many of which were focused on telehealth.

David M. Glaser is a shareholder in Fredrikson & Byron's Health Law Group. David assists clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare entities negotiating the maze of healthcare regulations, providing advice about risk management, reimbursement, and business planning issues. He has considerable experience in health care regulation and litigation, including compliance, criminal and civil fraud investigations, and reimbursement disputes. David's goal is to explain the government's enforcement position and analyze whether this position is supported by the law or represents government overreaching.
Amy Sudduth is the Director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for Willis-Knighton Health System in Shreveport, LA, where her service line includes all inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services in acute care, comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient and skilled nursing. She has 32 years of healthcare experience. Amy also holds a position as a Medical Rehabilitation surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), where during the past 12 years, she has participated in surveys across the US and internationally in Norway, Sweden and China. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the Louisiana State University School of Allied Health Professions.
Jenna Strecker is the Performance Improvement and Safety Coordinator for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for Willis-Knighton Health System in Shreveport, LA. She provides services for inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, and skilled nursing. She has 35 years of healthcare experience. Jenna also holds a position as a Medical Rehabilitation surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) where during the past 6 years she has participated in surveys across the US and Puerto Rico. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Michigan State University and an MBA from Centenary College in Shreveport, LA. Jenna holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from A3.
