Telehealth, signature requirements, and other payer issues: The law may be more flexible than you think

The rehabilitation landscape is changing rapidly. Early in 2020, rehabilitation providers saw many changes and additions to rules and regulations – many of which were focused on telehealth.

If you’re not an expert on regulations, these changes can be confusing, and if you don’t understand the rules, you’re likely to make mistakes. These mistakes can negatively impact patient satisfaction, patient outcomes, and reimbursement. This session will explore the state of telehealth rules and other common regulatory requirements, helping your team minimize mistakes.

In this session, you will learn how you can:

  • Minimize your legal risk
  • Obtain reimbursement for your work
  • Avoid unnecessary refunds
