Inpatient rehabilitation organizations and units can expect even greater scrutiny due to a history of poor performance. Recently, rehabilitation expert Jane Snecinski presented an important webinar, Why documentation in rehabilitation matters: Reducing the risk for inpatient rehabilitation providers as CMS audits resume. This webinar is now available on demand. In this document, Jane provides extensive responses to some of the most frequently asked questions during the webinar.
