The Review Choice Demonstration has resumed in Illinois, Texas, and Ohio, after only a brief pause in Florida and North Carolina. Through these actions and more, CMS has made its commitment to medical review very clear. Your agency must prepare now – and WellSky is offering a free virtual seminar that will help you do just that. Attend this seminar to learn what your team should do now to ensure your agency is prepared for the return of medical reviews – even as the pandemic continues.

Moving your metrics toward success: addressing KPIs, leadership strategy, and workforce challenges in home health and hospice
Presented by Cindy Campbell, Director of Operational Consulting, WellSky
For home health and hospice providers
Key performance indicators (KPIs) reflect how home health and hospice organizations measure success, as well as the leadership culture and strategy behind the pursuit of that success. From balanced scorecards to performance dashboards, many organizations use performance data to reflect trends. Savvy organizations go deeper in their analysis, using the metrics to motivate specific behaviors and provide a platform for informed decision-making and positive cultural impact. Metric-driven performance excellence is within your reach – but first, you must identify and understand the relationship between KPIs and the underlying key performance behaviors (KPBs) that influence them. WellSky is offering a free virtual seminar that will help you assess and refine your initiatives toward data-driven performance improvement.
Attend this seminar to learn about the most important KPIs in home health and hospice, as well as the financial and clinical impact of the underlying KPBs.

Presented by Annie Acs, Director of Health Policy & Innovation, NHPCO
For home health, hospice, and palliative care providers
The Medicare program is under continued pressure to help reduce costs and hospitalizations while improving care coordination. To support these initiatives and enhance the management of seriously ill populations, CMS announced the phased implementation of the Primary Care First (PCF) model, which includes the Seriously Ill Population (SIP) program. There is significant opportunity in participating – either directly as a hospice or palliative care provider or by partnering with a primary care practice – and providers must understand how to intersect with these new payment models to diversify business streams. WellSky is offering a free virtual seminar that can help. Attend this seminar to gain a better understanding of the PCF/SIP program, as well as strategies to enhance your positioning with potential partners.
